Compensation

$120,000 to $140,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications

What You'll Do

Manage entire project lifecycle: budgets, schedules, teams, and vendors
Collaborate with site teams, sub-trades, and consultants
Ensure project delivery is on-time, on-budget, and on-brand
Oversee project documentation, contracts, reporting, and safety
Mentor junior team members and promote continuous improvement

What You'll Bring

5+ years in construction project management (residential + commercial)
Technical diploma or PMP preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to read drawings, manage contracts, and coordinate trades
Knowledge of WorkSafeBC and BC building codes
Valid driver's license and working knowledge of MS Office
