Overview: We are seeking a skilled Fleet Manager to oversee our vehicle fleet operations. The ideal candidate will have expertise in maintaining and managing a diverse range of vehicles and equipment. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement maintenance schedules for all fleet vehicles and equipment - Coordinate repairs and maintenance with internal teams or external service providers - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards - Manage inventory of spare parts and supplies - Monitor fuel consumption and optimize efficiency - Track vehicle usage, maintenance records, and expenses - Oversee the acquisition and disposal of fleet assets Requirements: - Experience in maintaining a fleet of vehicles, including knowledge of automotive repair - Proficiency in reading schematics and using power tools - Familiarity with HVAC systems, farm machinery, Caterpillar equipment, and industrial machinery - Ability to assemble, dig, and operate a variety of equipment - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Pay: $19.00-$30.00 per hour
