Journeyman or Apprentice

Proven experience as a plumber or pipefitter
Knowledge of plumbing codes and regulation
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools
Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
Ability to perform basic math calculations for measurements and pipe fitting
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks and work in various weather conditions
Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in commercial buildings
Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine the layout of plumbing systems
Measure, cut, bend, and thread pipes using hand tools or power tools
Weld or solder pipes and fittings together
Test plumbing systems for leaks and ensure proper functioning
Collaborate with other construction professionals to coordinate plumbing installation with other building systems
Provide excellent customer service and address any concerns or questions from clients

Foreperson - All of the above and;

Minimum 2 year experience as a Foreperson
Open Communication skills
Basic Computer skills
Require to complete weekly and Monthly safety Duties
Quality Control Documentation Duties
Sub-trade coordination
Time Cards

Pay: $21.00-$60.00 per hour
