Molen was created in Nova Scotia, Canada in 2013, as a small team of experienced wind energy professionals. Over the years, we have grown into a multi-national company, servicing the wind, solar and renewable industries in both Canada and the USA. About the position:

Full time position. We are seeking an experienced solar installer, labourer, or carpenter willing to work throughout the province of Nova Scotia installing solar PV systems.

Candidate must:
Have a valid driver's license
Be willing to do to manual labor - climbing, kneeling, able to lift at least 50lbs.
Be able to work outside in various weather conditions
Be able to work comfortably and safely from heights
Fall Arrest and forklift certification can be provided
Have experience in a related field such as carpentry or construction
Have experience driving while towing a trailer (20 ft)
Have experience working with heavy equipment, excavator, etc. (Preferred)
Have the willingness to learn, travel, and work flexible hours such as overtime, evenings, and weekends.
Have a passport if necessary
Have a "can do" and positive attitude

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$27.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
