As a Service Technician , you'll be the hero our customers count on to keep their homes comfortable and their systems running smoothly. From troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems to offering expert advice, you'll be at the forefront of delivering the best in home comfort.

_ Your Day-to-Day _

Here's what you'll be doing:
Repair, maintain, and install HVAC equipment with precision and care.
Diagnose and solve issues efficiently, following gas codes and industry standards.
Provide customers with clear explanations, cost estimates, and alternative solutions.
Stay organized with accurate records and reports of all completed work.

_ What We're Looking For _

We're searching for a technician who is:
Skilled & Certified: Holds a TSSA G2 Gas License (required) and preferably 313A/313D certification.
Experienced: Has at least 2 years of hands-on HVAC experience.
Customer-Focused: Provides top-notch service with a friendly, professional attitude.
Technically Proficient: Knows their way around boilers, furnaces, and HVAC systems.
Physically Capable: Can handle the physical demands of the role (lifting, bending, working outdoors, etc.).
Organized & Efficient: Balances time management with attention to detail.
Ready to Grow: Open to learning and advancing their career.
