We're growing fast. We're pushing limits. And we're looking for a Landscaping Foreman who's ready to lead the charge and grow with us.
What You'll Do:
As a Landscaping Foreman at RESCON, you'll be the boots-on-the-ground leader driving high-quality landscape and pool projects from concept to completion. You'll manage crews, coordinate materials and equipment, and ensure that every job is done on time, on budget, and up to RESCON's elite standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
Supervising and leading landscape installation crews (3-6 team members)
Reading and executing landscape and pool design plans
Coordinating daily tasks and ensuring quality control on-site
Operating machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently
Communicating with clients and project managers to keep jobs running smoothly
Ensuring job site safety and cleanliness at all times
What You Bring to the Table:
3+ years of landscape construction experience (Foreman or Lead Hand preferred)
Strong leadership and crew management skills
Ability to read and interpret landscape drawings and site plans
Experience with hardscaping, grading, retaining walls, interlock, and softscape installs
Valid G license (D or AZ an asset)
Ability to hustle, problem-solve, and inspire your team to get the job done right

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
