Canada Star Group Education is a group of private educational institutions located in Richmond, BC, dedicated to providing quality education, after-school enrichment, and university preparation programs. Together, we have supported over 1,300 students in achieving their academic goals and gaining admission to top universities in Canada and abroad.

We are currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated Marketing and Recruitment Coordinator to lead and implement marketing and recruitment strategies that will promote our schools and drive student enrollment across various programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing & Branding

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to increase brand awareness and student enrollment for Canada Star Secondary School, Windsor Hall, and Can-Star Academy.
Create compelling marketing materials (brochures, flyers, digital content, videos) for use across web, print, and social media platforms.
Maintain and update websites and ensure all content is optimized for search engines (SEO).
Manage social media platforms to actively engage target audiences and promote programs.
Capture and produce high-quality photo and video content to highlight school events, programs, and student success stories.

Student Recruitment

Organize and host recruitment events, open houses, fairs, webinars, and school visits to attract prospective students and families.
Respond promptly to inquiries from students, parents, and agents, providing detailed information about admissions, programs, and requirements.
Conduct outreach through cold calls, emails, and online engagement to generate leads and follow up to ensure enrollment conversion.
Build and maintain relationships with educational agents, community partners, and alumni to expand recruitment channels locally and internationally.

Collaboration & Strategy

Work closely with admissions, academic, and administrative teams to align marketing efforts with enrollment goals.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to refine marketing strategy.
Meet monthly sales and recruitment targets by implementing effective lead generation and conversion tactics.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, education, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of professional marketing experience.
At least 1 year of experience in education, college counseling, or admissions.
Strong understanding of the BC curriculum and Canadian academic systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in photography, videography, and editing is an asset.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $3,500.00-$4,000.00 per month
