Ability to work under the pressure of a busy kitchen, stay calm and work as part of our culinary team
Ability to delegate appropriately to team members
Organizational flair
Ensure your cooking stations is fully supplied for service
Prep ingredients for service
Follow the guidance of the Executive Chef and Sous Chef teams
Enforce strict health and hygiene standards
Will be able to lead our weekend Brunch service
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00-$19.00 per hour
