Job Overview
As a server at MRMIKES Steakhouse Casual, you will play a key role in providing our guests with an exceptional dining experience. Your responsibilities will include:

Greeting and seating guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
Taking accurate food and drink orders and entering them into the POS system.
Delivering food and beverages to guests promptly.
Ensuring guests have everything they need and addressing any concerns or special requests.
Maintaining a clean and organized work area, including tables and service stations.
Processing payments and providing accurate change.
Collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
Upholding MRMIKES standards of service and hospitality.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in food service or customer service is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Positive attitude and a team player.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
