We are an established farming company looking for a motivated individual to join our team. Applicants must have knowledge of general farm or heavy duty equipment operation. The successful candidate will do various tasks from mowing, to cultivating, to harvesting and must be able to work independently and as part of a team. Our drivers are expected to report to different job sites each day.

Job Requirements:
Valid G class license and vehicle to get to work everyday;
Safely operate Fendt farm tractors in the field and on the road;
Able to operate equipment with manual transmission;
Able to change equipment hook ups (3-point hitch, pto, hydraulic lines);
Available 6 days per week.

Qualifications:
Experience driving farm tractors or heavy equipment;
Attention to detail and safety;
Ability to effectively communicate with team members in English;
Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
Operate farm machinery to complete tasks efficiently;
Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance;
Follow safety protocol when driving and working around equipment;
Maintain accurate records of equipment usage, working time, and report any mechanical issues promptly:
Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate activities and ensure timely completion.

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

St. Catharines, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:
Farm or heavy duty equipment: 3 years (preferred)
