We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing various administrative tasks. Duties

Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling incoming calls.
Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office records.
Organize office supplies and equipment, ensuring that all necessary materials are readily available.
Maintain a clean and organized office environment to promote productivity.
Knowledge of basic computer programs and basic typing abilities
Process invoices and manage vessel tracking
Creates a welcoming environment by greeting guests, answering phone calls, directing visitors, and taking messages for employees

Qualifications

Proven experience as an office clerk or administrator is preferred.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong clerical skills with attention to detail in documentation and record keeping.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a positive attitude.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with team members and vendors.

Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
