Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Order Picker/ Packer to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that products are accurately picked, packed and prepared for shipment. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Duties
Accurately pack products according to specifications and quality standards.
Prepare items for shipment by labeling, sealing, and ensuring proper documentation is included.
Operate warehouse equipment (order picker machine)
Assist in maintaining an organized and clean work area to promote safety and efficiency.
Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure stock levels are maintained.

Requirements
Previous experience in warehouse distribution or shipping/receiving is preferred.
Familiarity with heavy equipment operation is a plus, including mechanical knowledge for basic troubleshooting.
Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) consistently throughout the shift.
Experience with order picking processes is beneficial.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance in packing processes.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks as needed.

Work hours are

Monday to Friday 7am to 4:30pm or 4:00pm -1:30am
