Matrex Window System Inc. is seeking a dedicated and efficient Order Fulfillment/Order Picker to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately selecting and preparing orders for shipment while ensuring that all safety and quality standards are met. This role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Pick and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently with minimal supervision
Perform accurate inventory counts with strong attention to detail
Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
Inspect outgoing products and materials to ensure they meet quality standards
Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
Restock and maintain inventory for service trucks, ensuring they are clean and well-supplied
Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies
Perform heavy lifting and operate effectively in a physically demanding role
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Skills

1+ years of experience in a warehouse, order picking, or similar logistics role
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Ability to lift heavy items and work in a physically demanding environment
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
