Afternoon Dispatcher - Seasonal Contract (Aug-Dec)
Location: Strathroy, ON
Hours: 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM (1-hour lunch)

Grace Transport Inc., a family-owned company proudly serving the transportation industry for over 30 years, is known for our commitment to excellence and our people-first approach. We're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented individual with a positive attitude to join our dispatch team for a seasonal contract.

In this role, you'll be coordinating and supporting truck drivers hauling sugar beets during the busy harvest season. While dispatch experience is an asset, it's not required - we have an experienced team ready to provide training and support to help you succeed and grow your career in the transportation industry.

What You'll Do:

Coordinate the movement of trucks to and from loading/delivery locations
Send load instructions and assist with customs paperwork, bills of lading, and related documents
Enter and update information into TMW
Respond to calls and emails from drivers regarding dispatch matters
Collaborate with a supportive team

What We're Looking For:

Strong computer skills
Clear and professional communication skills
Ability to multitask while staying organized and detail-oriented
Positive, can-do attitude in a fast-paced setting
Clean Criminal Search
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
