Steam Dry Canada (National Service Provider for Home Depot Canada) is a leader in the home services business (furnace and duct cleaning, carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning and emergency services) and we are looking for a new team member in our Port Coquitlam Office.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

Cleans Air Ducts in the customers home
Evaluates Work Area's Air Quality and sells appropriate products (furnace filters, etc) for the overall improvement of Indoor Air Quality
Follow safe driving policies of a company vehicle
Explains and sells as many additional services as the customer may need or desire
Ensures that all pre-assigned jobs are successfully completed
Ensures the work area is left clean and tidy
Completes and reviews the job with the customer, for satisfaction and secures payment for service
Returns all equipment to the truck and secures it for trip to next assigned appointment
Telephones the next customer to alert them of time of arrival
Completes all paperwork accurately and thoroughly and turns in all invoices, payments and charges to designated person
Performs other duties as assigned
