Position Overview:
Hardy Sales is growing! We're looking for a dynamic, driven Sales Representative to join our team. Based out of our Langley office, this hybrid role blends in-office work with weekly in-person store visits (3-4 times per week) to existing customers throughout Vancouver, Whistler, and the Sunshine Coast . You'll play a key role in driving new business, strengthening client relationships, and helping us exceed our growth targets.

What You'll Be Doing:
• Conduct weekly store visits (3-4 per week) with existing customers across Vancouver, Whistler, and the Sunshine Coast.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and outreach.
• Deliver engaging product presentations and demos that highlight the Hardy Sales difference.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies and hit regional targets.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, market shifts, and competitor activity.
• Work closely with marketing to create impactful sales collateral and promotions.

What We're Looking For:
• Proven track record in sales, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Highly motivated, independent, and team-oriented mindset.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to customer locations throughout the region.
• Passion for building long-term client relationships and driving results.
