What We Offer:
$1,000 Hiring Bonus for the successful candidate
Competitive hourly pay: $20.00 - $22.00/hour
Commission pay, overtime pay, and tips

Your Role as Manager:
Oversee day-to-day salon operations and staff scheduling
Support, mentor, and motivate the stylist team to achieve goals
Maintain a high standard of client service and satisfaction
Perform and oversee hair services: cutting, coloring, styling
Promote salon services and products to enhance revenue
Ensure salon cleanliness, safety, and equipment sanitation
Handle customer feedback and resolve concerns professionally

What We're Looking For:
Valid Hairstyling Licence (required)
Previous salon management or senior stylist experience preferred
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Up-to-date on current hair trends and techniques
A confident communicator who thrives in a team setting
Committed to creating a welcoming and inclusive environment

Schedule:
Day shifts, evening shifts, and weekends as needed
Must be able to commute or relocate to 825-18th Street North, Brandon, MB
