You will be an ambassador for the exceptional service and cuisine that are hallmarks of our dining experience. Your warm, personal attention provides a memorable impression for guests making them feel welcome and valued.

You will work a scheduled 44 hours per week with various shifts in the morning and evening.

This is a seasonal position from May through to the end of September. Gratuities are also part of the package. On average Gratuities can result in an hourly wage of $20-35

Free shared accommodations is provided for Full Time staff.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Greet patrons and present menus
Describe menu items including daily specials for customers
Make recommendations on menu selections
Serve food and beverages
Describe and advise on wine selection
Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
Operate order taking software and credit/debit machine
Clear and clean tables, trays and chairs
Assist with dishes, busing tables, and resets
Make salads and pre-pour soups
Assist with Laundry as required

Qualifications:
Food and Beverage Serving Skills an asset
Must be of legal age to mix and serve alcoholic beverages
Provide excellent customer service.
Must be able to work well in a team environment.
Smart Serve Certification required
Cleaning skills with attention to detail a must
