Job Summary

We are actively seeking experienced TEAM drivers for our growing refrigerated freight operation. We are looking for either pre-formed teams or solo drivers open to being paired with another qualified driver from our fleet.

If you're safety-focused, professional, and have hands-on experience with reefers and produce handling, and willing to drive 20.000 miles/ month we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities
Operate late-model trucks running dedicated lines to California, Arizona, Washington
Haul 100% refrigerated loads, primarily produce and temperature-sensitive freight
Perform and document pulp temperature checks at pickup, delivery, and inspection points
Verify piece counts and documentation at shipper and receiver locations
Identify and report loading errors, such as freight stacked too high or too close to supply air
Monitor reefer performance and respond appropriately to reefer alarms/faults
Maintain clean and organized truck and ensure compliance with all safety and HOS regulations
Communicate clearly with dispatch and customers
Complete and submit required documentation, including logs, bills of lading, and vehicle inspection reports accurately and on time.
Respond to road incidents, breakdowns, or weather-related delays by following established protocols and notifying dispatch.

Required Qualifications
Valid AZ CDL (Canada) or CDL Class A (U.S.) with cross-border capability
Meet English proficiency requirements for commercial drivers as per FMCSA/US DOT
Minimum 2 years verifiable over-the-road experience
Reefer experience required - understanding of reefer operations, temperature control, and alarm response
Experience with produce hauling and related inspection processes (pulping, counts, handling claims)
Clean driver's abstract and CVOR
Willing to work in a team environment and follow tight delivery schedules
Strong communication, documentation, and customer service skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,988.42-$110,177.16 per year
