We are hiring for a Customer Service Representative for our leading logistics client in Brampton, ON . In this role you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationship and delivering excellent customer service. This job required strong Communication, Administrative, Coordination, Computer and attention to detail skills. Previous experience in transportation industry highly preferred.

This is a full-time role that requires working onsite, Monday to Friday at their Brampton office.

Specific Duties:

Being the primary contact for all clients, handle all inquiries in a professional manner
Provide prompt, accurate and timely responses to client inquiries
Build and maintain strong relations with clients and internal team
Work independently and take initiative to resolve issues efficiently
Support the customer service team to ensure clients receive timely and effective responses
Monitor on-time performance reporting and client Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement
Providing updates and solutions to customers exhibiting excellent customer service
Review, update and execute Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Ensure timely and accurate reporting for clients as needed
Manage client retention efforts, address concerns and strengthen long-term partnerships
Assist with client integration and onboarding processes
Prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment and manage deadlines

Morning / Day shift, on-site, Monday to Friday

Requirements:

At least 3 to 4 years of strong experience within transportation / logistics industry
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience with TruckMate will be an asset
Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to provide professional error-free correspondence
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Ability to remain calm and patient under pressure
Ability to multi-task and handle multiple customer interactions via email or phone
Strong organization skills to track client needs and follow up proactively
Adaptability and flexibility to meet the dynamic demands of various clients
A clear criminal check

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:
Brampton, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
