Keltic is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Purchasing Agent to join our team. As we continue to grow, we're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited by the idea of sourcing the best products while managing strong vendor partnerships. Your work will directly contribute to the operational efficiency of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

Complete booking orders with all vendors.
Develop and maintain supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery of products.
Monitor inventory levels to ensure we are stocked for customer demand.
Analyze market trends and adjust purchasing strategies to optimize costs.
Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.
Resolve any issues related to product delivery, quality, or pricing.
Manage purchasing to ensure we are hitting our target inventory turns yearly.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a purchasing agent or in a similar role.
Strong interpersonal ability to build supplier relationships.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Comfortable with basic computer functions and applications.
Knowledge of market trends and supply chain dynamics.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
