Aquifer Distribution Ltd. is looking to add a Warehouse Sales Associate to our growing team in Swift Current! The Warehouse Sales Associate plays a key dual role in supporting both warehouse operations and front-line customer service. This position is responsible for the accurate handling, storage, and shipping of products, as well as assisting customers at the sales counter with order processing, product inquiries, and service support. Working closely with internal teams and customers, the Warehouse Sales Associate ensures efficient inventory management, timely order fulfillment, and a high level of customer satisfaction. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to thrive in both a physical and customer-facing environment.

What you can expect from the job:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Receive, inspect, and distribute incoming shipments; report any damage or discrepancies.
Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders in accordance with company procedures.
Load and unload materials safely using appropriate equipment.
Stock inventory in designated locations and maintain a clean, organized warehouse.
Perform regular cycle counts and inventory audits; report low or inconsistent stock levels.
Maintain accurate inventory and shipping records, including necessary documentation.
Complete yard, facility, and equipment maintenance tasks as required.
Follow all safety procedures and take an active role in identifying and reporting potential hazards.
Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner-both in person and over the phone.
Process orders and provide customers with product availability, pricing, and delivery information.
Upsell and recommend products or services to meet customer needs.
Follow up on quotes, orders, and customer inquiries within expected timeframes to maintain customer satisfaction and drive sales.
Collaborate with internal teams to fulfill customer orders and manage inventory needs.
Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-friendly showroom.
Handle returns, warranties, and credits in alignment with company policy.
Keep customer and sales records up to date in CRM and related systems.
Support marketing initiatives and participate in customer events or trade shows as needed.
Stay informed about new products, promotions, and competitor offerings.
Participate in product and sales training as required.
Ensure compliance with freight, credit, and pricing policies.
Other duties as assigned.
What is required:
The required qualifications for a Warehouse Sales Associate are as follows:
Minimum grade 12 graduate
Relevant warehouse experience
Sales experience
Basic computer skills required
Valid drivers license required
Must be a high energy individual - will be required to be on your feet for most of the day, some heavy lifting will also be necessary
Experience operating a forklift preferred
Shipping and receiving experience preferred
