Overview
We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Sit Down Counterbalance Forklift Operator to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating forklifts and other equipment to facilitate the efficient movement of goods within the facility. This role requires a strong understanding of warehouse operations, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to perform heavy lifting.

Responsibilities

Operate SCB forklifts to load, unload from trailers and transport materials within the warehouse.
Perform order picking tasks accurately and efficiently to fulfill customer orders.
Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on forklifts to ensure safe operation.
Assist in organizing and maintaining a clean, safe work environment in compliance with safety regulations.
Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and enhance productivity within the warehouse.

Qualifications

Proven experience operating Sit Down Counterbalance forklifts in a warehouse setting.
Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) as required by job duties.
LTL Crossdocking considered an asset
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Pay: $25.00-$26.00 per hour
