This position requires an individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment under the pressure of time constraints as well as customer satisfaction and interaction. This position is based out of our Head office in Mitchell.
Position Duties
- Planning, Scheduling & Organizing of Day-to-Day trucking of Grain and Co-products
- Responsible for tracking and collecting all returning paperwork
- Working with all other team members to achieve our company goals
- Working with Excel spreadsheets and Word are required
The right candidate would share the following strengths, vision, and goals:
- Strong, positive customer service in person and on the phone
- Background and experience in agriculture is an asset, but not required
- Minimum of 1-3 years Experience in Logistics
- The right person will be prompt & on time, highly motivated, and very well organized
- Willingness to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Willingness to grow in their position as a long-term career path within the company
