- Compensation: $150,000-$300,000+ annually

We're looking for a high-performance Sales Manager to take charge of our new store, build a winning team, and oversee all front-end dealership operations. This is your opportunity to make a store your own , backed by one of BC's largest vehicle inventories and a rock-solid support system.

This is more than a management job - it's a chance to step into ownership-level responsibility without the overhead .

- WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Take Over Store Operations : Oversee daily sales operations at our already established location. Make this store into a sub prime powerhouse or run it more like a retail store or both! your choice.
Build and Lead a Sales Team : Recruit, train, and develop a motivated sales force with your leadership style and standards, or bring over your current team!
Secure Customer Financing : Partner with a wide range of banks and subprime lenders to get deals approved and funded.
Evaluate Customer Credit : Analyze credit reports and financial info to determine best-fit financing solutions - especially for credit-challenged customers.
Present Finance Options : Clearly explain loan structures, interest rates, terms, and payment plans to help customers make confident buying decisions.
Ensure Regulatory Compliance : Keep all finance and sales transactions fully compliant with provincial and federal laws and dealership policy.
Deliver Outstanding Customer Experience : Act as a key point of contact for customer finance questions before and after the sale.
Coordinate Across Departments : Work closely with our finance and service teams to ensure smooth, accurate deal flow and delivery.

- WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

5+ years of automotive finance or sales leadership experience , ideally with subprime exposure.
Proven track record of building and leading successful sales teams .
Strong working knowledge of vehicle financing, credit evaluation, and subprime programs .
Excellent communication, negotiation , and problem-solving abilities.
Comfortable with dealership management software , DMS platforms, and digital finance tools.
Detail-oriented and highly organized, especially with paperwork and regulatory processes.
Valid VSA license and BC Driver's License are required.
