Role Overview:

As a Talent Management Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in shaping PHSS's success by co-designing and delivering strategic programs that attract, develop, and retain top talent. You will contribute to a culture of engagement, growth, and recognition across the entire organization.

What You'll Do:

Co- design and execute strategic talent acquisition, performance management, development, engagement, and recognition programs.
Provide expert guidance to leadership and employees on talent-related matters, ensuring clear and effective communication.
Lead organization-wide projects, annual processes, and consultative services related to talent management.
Stay current with best practices and employment legislation, ensuring our policies and procedures are compliant and effective.
Proactively identify opportunities to enhance our employee experience and contribute to a supportive, engaging work environment.
Conduct thorough human resource investigations with sensitivity and impartiality.
Actively participate in internal and external committees, representing the organization's commitment to excellence in talent management.
Oversee the administration of leave management processes, ensuring compliance with policies and legislation.
Provide guidance on labor relations matters and ensure consistent interpretation and application of organizational policies.
Administer and support the performance management process, ensuring fair and equitable treatment of employees.

What You Bring:

A university degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
A post-graduate diploma or degree in Human Resources Management is an asset.
CHRL designation is preferred.
A minimum of five years of progressive HR generalist experience, including talent acquisition, training, and development.
Exceptional ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage a high volume of inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to follow up on tasks and meet deadlines.
Demonstrated ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
Experience with leave management processes and relevant legislation.
Experience with labor relations and policy interpretation.
Experience with performance management practices and principles.
Solid knowledge of HRIS systems, e-learning platforms, and virtual employee engagement tools.
Deep understanding of relevant employment legislation, regulations, and guidelines.
Proven ability to exercise diplomacy, tact, and sound judgment in problem-solving.
Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion principles and practices.
Training in Workplace Health & Safety and Conflict Mediation is considered an asset.
