Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Journeyman Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical repair and maintenance, demonstrating expertise in diagnosing issues and performing repairs on various types of machinery and vehicles. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can work independently and as part of a team to ensure that all equipment operates efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities
Diagnose mechanical issues using appropriate tools and techniques.
Perform routine maintenance on machinery, vehicles, and equipment to prevent breakdowns.
Repair or replace defective parts, components, or systems as needed.
Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed.
Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot complex mechanical problems.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all repair activities.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in mechanical technology.

Qualifications
Proven experience as a Mechanic is mandatory, MUST have Journeyman certification!
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, tools, and diagnostic equipment.
Ability to read technical manuals and schematics effectively.
Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Strong communication skills to work collaboratively with team members.
Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks associated with the role.
A valid driver's license may be required depending on the specific job duties.
CVSE Vehicle Inspector certification a definite asset, but we are willing to assist with training and certification.
