Software Training Specialist (Bilingual: English/ French)

Position Overview: As a Training Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional training experiences to our esteemed clients. You will leverage your expertise in customer service and technical acumen to ensure that our clients receive unparalleled support and training on our cutting-edge Point of Sale (POS) software and hardware solutions.

What You'll Do:

Lead and facilitate client software training sessions for restaurant owners and management teams, focusing on maximizing the potential of the Cluster POS systems, including webinars, for one-to-many sessions.

Collaborate closely with clients to tailor Cluster POS systems to their unique business needs.

Craft and deliver engaging and comprehensive training programs that resonate with our diverse clientele.

Offer support to our service in resolving day-to-day customer issues and addressing complaints promptly and effectively.

Create and manage documentation that pertains to the product training and best practices and processes.

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through each stage of the post-sales relationship, including onboarding, follow-ups, and hand-off to support.

What You'll Bring:

Fluency in both French and English, both written and spoken, is a must. (Spanish is an Asset)

2-5 years of relevant experience, with a preference for candidates familiar with Cluster products.

1+ year restaurant industry experience.

4 years of experience with training and development and superior presentation skills.

Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and time-management skills.

Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as autonomously.

Impeccable professional appearance.

Thrives in high-pressure environments and adapts quickly to change.

Demonstrates a passion for learning and excels in fast-paced settings.

To comply with Bill 96, Cluster POS has taken all reasonable steps to avoid requiring knowledge of a language other than French to obtain or retain this position.
