We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivery and pick up of bins safely and efficiently, ensuring timely deliveries while adhering to all safety regulations. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to operate 18 speed manual shift trucks and using hooklift system would be a asset

Responsibilities

Operate trucks to transport bins across designated routes, ensuring timely delivery of goods.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including logs of hours worked.
Load and unload bins using hooklift system.
Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery schedules and any potential issues.
Adhere to all traffic laws and safety protocols while on the road.

Skills

Proven experience in commercial driving with a valid commercial driver's license (CDL).
Strong knowledge roll off and or hooklift trucks
Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong communication skills for interacting with team members, dispatchers, and customers.

Pay: $20.64-$35.10 per hour
