Overview
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse range of mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience in various maintenance and repair tasks. This role requires a proactive individual who can work independently and efficiently to ensure that our facilities and equipment are maintained to the highest standards.

Duties
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment, and machinery.
Utilize power tools and hand tools for various tasks including carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work.
Read and interpret schematics to troubleshoot issues effectively.
Conduct welding tasks as needed to repair or fabricate parts.
Use basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and estimations during projects.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.
Collaborate with team members to complete larger projects efficiently.

Requirements
Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in maintenance or construction fields.
Proficiency in operating press brake machines is preferred.
Experience in welding techniques is highly desirable.
Basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations.
Familiarity with machining processes is a plus.
Ability to operate power tools safely and effectively.
Capability to read and understand schematics for troubleshooting purposes.
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week
