Job Summary:
Reporting to the Director, Respectful Onsite Initiative Program & Delivery, this position is responsible for delivering "History Matters: Reconciliation in the Workplace" as a First Nations Trainer and "Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion"- key components of ROI training for both BCIB and Fee-for-Service projects.
The Coordinator, ROI will also perform duties in data entry, reporting, and coordinating the delivery of the Respectful Onsite Initiative on Lower Mainland project sites.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Coordinate Respectful Onsite Initiative training delivery including trainer and Knowledge Sharers, ensuring food delivery, preparing certificates and submitting documents.
Deliver History Matters: Reconciliation in the Workplace as the First Nations Trainer as required.
Deliver Justice, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Training as required.
Participate in First Nations and Indigenous organization events and outreach as required.
Enter ROI participant data and course evaluations into BCIB database.
Assist the ROI Director in development of materials (posters, videos), Tool Talk topics, and scripts.
Collaborate with the ROI team to design and implement a post-delivery evaluation survey and other processes for ROI initiatives.
Manage sensitive and confidential candidate information.
All other duties as required.
Qualifications & Years of Experience:
Post-secondary diploma in a related field is an asset.
Experience in complex administrative processes.
Committed to equity, diversity, inclusion and accessibility initiatives.
Experience in facilitating complex and impactful information to small groups considered an asset.
Strong cultural tie to a First Nations community considered an asset.
Social services experience considered an asset.
Familiarity with Salesforce or a familiar data management system is an asset.
An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
This role has no supervisory responsibilities.
Work Schedule:
Full time: 37.5 hours per week
Monday - Friday
This position is located at BCIB's head office (1050 - 89 West Georgia) Monday to Thursday to meet ROI delivery requirements and offers flexibility to work remotely on Friday.
This position may require early start times of 7:00AM as required.
This position may be required to deliver ROI in various locations around the Lower Mainland.
Compensation:
The salary range for the role is $68,000 - $74,000 annually.
Compensation offered within this range is based on factors unique to each candidate, including skills, qualifications, experience and credentials.
