SAP SuccessFactors Payroll SME
Contract Term: 6 months, highly renewable
Part Time Role: 50% role (20 hours a week)
Work Location: Remote Work in Canada
A qualified candidate must have experience with BOTH US payroll and CANADA payroll.
It is supporting work - a long-term ongoing support contract, a remote work
As it is payroll, a contractor should be available quickly if the things go wrong, even though it is part time 20 hours a week.
Payroll days are known, so a contractor can plan in advance but must be flexible hours.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide day-to-day support for SuccessFactors Payroll, including issue resolution, configuration updates, and user assistance.
• Monitor payroll processes and integrations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve payroll-related issues.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions for recurring problems.
• Support quarterly releases, regression testing, and system enhancements.
• Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and support activities.
• Provide guidance and training to end users and internal support teams.
Required Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors, with a focus on Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
• Strong understanding of payroll schemas, rules, and configuration.
• Experience in AMS or post-go-live support environments.
• Familiarity with integrations between SuccessFactors and third-party systems (e.g., SAP HCM, time tracking, finance).
