SAP SuccessFactors Cutover Manager

Contract Term: 3 months, renewable
Work Location: Ottawa, ON.
Combination onsite and remote, 75% onsite in Ottawa - Travel will be paid
Initially, a lot of onsite work. Will flex as the project goes on.

Project is a new Employee Central implementation

SAP SuccessFactors Cutover Manager to lead the cutover planning and execution for a new SAP Employee Central implementation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage the overall cutover strategy and detailed cutover plan for the SAP Employee Central go live.
• Coordinate with functional, technical, and business teams to identify cutover tasks, dependencies, and timelines.
• Lead cutover readiness assessments, mock cutovers, and go-live rehearsals.
• Ensure data migration, system configuration, and integration activities are aligned with cutover milestones.
• Manage communication and alignment across stakeholders including HR, IT, payroll, and external vendors.
• Monitor cutover execution progress and resolve issues in real-time during go-live.
• Document lessons learned and support post-go-live stabilization efforts.

Required Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in SAP project delivery, with at least 2 full-cycle SuccessFactors implementations.
• Proven experience managing cutover activities for SAP Employee Central or other SAP HCM modules.
• Strong understanding of HR data, integrations, and business processes.
• Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities during critical go-live periods.
