We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated QA Tester to join our software testing team. As a fresher QA Executive, you will work closely with developers and product managers to ensure high-quality releases through manual testing and basic automation support.

Key Responsibilities
Understand and review software requirements and technical specifications.

Create and execute test cases, test plans, and test scenarios.

Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications.

Identify, report, and track bugs using tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or Excel.

Assist in regression, smoke, and sanity testing before product releases.

Collaborate with developers to resolve defects and validate fixes.

Contribute to documentation and test summary reports.

Required Skills
Basic understanding of software testing concepts (SDLC, STLC, defect life cycle).

Knowledge of types of testing: functional, UI, regression, and usability testing.

Good communication and documentation skills.

Familiarity with tools like JIRA, TestLink, or Postman (optional).

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
