YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

As part of the BRP PA&A (Parts, Accessories, and Apparel) division, you will play a key role in driving data-informed commercial strategies by leveraging advanced analytics and statistical modeling.

  • Lead the development and implementation of advanced sales performance models to forecast trends, assess program impact, and support strategic planning;

  • Conduct deep-dive analyses using predictive and prescriptive analytics techniques to uncover commercial opportunities and mitigate risks;

  • Develop and maintain automated, scalable sales revenue planning models, integrating data from trends, portfolio strategies, initiatives, and programs to inform the annual plan, budget, and long-term strategic vision;

  • Translate analytical insights into clear recommendations, presenting results to internal stakeholders to influence decision-making across the value chain;

  • Develop performance dashboards and scorecards in Power BI (or similar) to monitor key KPIs, track sales targets, and improve forecasting accuracy;

  • Design and implement feedback loops and KPI measurement frameworks that enable continuous performance improvement;

  • Enhance the structure and clarity of business cases and proposals through data visualization and scenario modeling, increasing engagement and clarity;

  • Respond to ad hoc and strategic analysis requests to support sales execution, incentive optimization, and executive reporting.

YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Data Science, or a related quantitative discipline;

  • Experience working with large datasets and applying advanced statistical methods such as regression, clustering, segmentation, and time series forecasting;

  • Strong business acumen and ability to link data insights to commercial strategy and execution;

  • Demonstrated ability to develop predictive models, performance tracking tools, and statistical dashboards;

  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data modeling for business planning;

  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools to develop dynamic dashboards and reports;

  • Familiarity with Python or R for statistical computing is a strong asset;

  • Strong communication and storytelling skills, capable of translating complex analysis into business-relevant insights;

  • Proactive mindset with strong intellectual curiosity and ability to challenge the status quo with new analytical approaches;

  • Highly collaborative with the ability to work cross-functionally across commercial, technical, and executive teams;

  • Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
