Job Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the activities of the sales team.
Assign tasks, monitor sales performance, and ensure targets are achieved.
Train and mentor sales representatives on customer service standards and product knowledge.
Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
Analyze sales data, prepare reports, and develop strategies to improve performance.
Oversee the display and presentation of vehicle inventory to attract customers.
Assist in implementing marketing strategies and promotional campaigns.
Foster a positive work environment to enhance team morale and performance.

Qualifications
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in automotive sales or a supervisory role in a similar industry.
Completion of secondary school.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Strong customer service and communication abilities.
Solid understanding of automotive products and sales processes is an asset.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
