Earth Kidz Early Learning Centre is a licensed child care centre that provides high-quality services. Early childhood development is critically important. At Earth Kidz, our experienced RECEs and staff help facilitate this period of learning, and that's what separates us from traditional childcare facilities.

To drive our continuous growth and expansion into the growing Chinese Canadian community and potentially wider North American market plus oriental markets, we are actively searching for a qualified professional to help us with our sales growth. We are looking for a regional sales manager to lead our sales operation, strengthening our local business while seeking growth opportunities in the diversified GTA market.

Job Summary

This is a full-time, permanent position. As the regional sales manager, you will be responsible for leading sales operations that generate leads and eventually drive business outcomes. Your responsibilities include the following:

  • Initiate sales forecasting on a regular basis, working closely with the marketing & finance team to provide accurate sales forecasts.
  • Plan sales activities based on the forecast, evaluate regularly, and optimize accordingly.
  • Establish organizational policies and procedures reflecting the sales plan.
  • Organize regional sales operations that drive leads and/or direct business outcomes.
  • Lead the sales team in building relationships with business partners/clients and manage the negotiations of sales contracts.
  • Recruit, train, and manage the sales organization.
  • Work with multifunctional teams, for instance, the marketing team, to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field.
  • Report sales outcomes to the management team on a regular basis.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business preferred. Equivalent sales/business operation & financial reporting experience is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) and sales.
  • Familiarity with the Chinese community and a diversified society is a plus.
  • Team player, ability to engage cross-functional teams with different KPIs to drive the ultimate business outcome.
  • Communicator with strong presentation skills.
  • Business sense, entrepreneurship, and project management experience is a big plus.

Salary: $48 - $60/hr with an annual bonus related to the company's business performance.
