Job Duties:

  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities of our company.
  • Review, evaluate, and implement new procedures.
  • Order supplies and maintain office inventory.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports.

Job Requirements:

  • Completion of secondary school is required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field is required.

Terms of Employment:

  • Wage: $36.75 per hour for 40 hours a week.
  • Overtime starts after 40 hours a week.
  • Type of position: Full time.
  • Language: English
