Job Duties:
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
- Carry out administrative activities of our company.
- Review, evaluate, and implement new procedures.
- Order supplies and maintain office inventory.
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports.
Job Requirements:
- Completion of secondary school is required.
- 1-2 years of experience in a related field is required.
Terms of Employment:
- Wage: $36.75 per hour for 40 hours a week.
- Overtime starts after 40 hours a week.
- Type of position: Full time.
