Supervise the creation, negotiation, execution, and administration of contracts. Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations. Manage and mentor a team of contract administrators or specialists. Assign tasks, set performance goals, and provide training. Minimum 5 years Canadian Experience in the field as CA Manager with road surfacing experience. Identify and mitigate risks related to contract terms and obligations. Work with legal and procurement teams to address any issues Review contractual terms and conditions to ensure alignment with business objectives. Lead contract negotiations with vendors, suppliers, clients, or partners. Maintain a comprehensive and organized system of contract records and documentation. Ensure timely renewals, extensions, or terminations. Collaborate with departments such as legal, finance, procurement, and operations to ensure smooth contract processes. Act as a liaison between internal stakeholders and external parties. Track contract performance and service delivery to ensure compliance with SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and KPIs. Develop and implement efficient contract management processes and systems. Recommend improvements to increase efficiency and reduce risks. Prepare reports and metrics on contract status, performance, and risks for senior management. Monitor financial aspects of contracts, including billing, payments, and cost control.
