Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, your responsibilities will be:
Carefully monitor orders in transit. Schedule appointments for deliveries and pickups for transportation and logistics. Serve as a liaison between the sales and operations departments. Quoting small orders from public carriers. Entering orders into our computer system. Providing customer service.

Interpersonal skills and comfort with communication media; Strong teamwork; Initiative/Proactive/Innovative; Resourceful; Organized, autonomous, and able to multitask; You have knowledge of customer service and/or the transportation industry; Negotiation skills;
Required Qualifications:
Knowledge of transportation and logistics. Experience in the transportation industry. Bilingualism (spoken and written). Proficient in MS Office Suite
Desired knowledge and skills:
Knowledge of PC Miler. Knowledge of customs clearance. Knowledge of Canadian and US geography.
