- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

- Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
- Manage office administrative procedures, review and evaluate new procedures
- Ability to maintain professionalism and cordiality when working with others
- Provide administrative assistance in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
- Coordinates with other departments to assist in administrative related tasks
- May act as lead to other administrative staff ensuring smooth workflow, and assist in interpreting policies, procedures, and processes and clarifies as appropriate
- May oversee record maintenance
