St. Paul's is hiring a worship arts minister to lead our church's worship arts and technology
ministries, living out our purpose of growing together in Jesus Christ to change lives and make a
difference in the world. We are a fast-growing church that God is using to reach new people and to
help people grow in faith. Worship is the heartbeat of who we are as God's people, and propels us to
join God in God's mission in the world.
We are seeking a dynamic worship leader who can lead a transformational renewal of our worship
ministry so that we can live out our vision for a worship las a church that is:

What you'll do
The main duties of our worship arts minister include:
• Worship leadership: working with the Holy Spirit to animate the worship life of St. Paul's through worship design and equipping and supporting worship and tech teams towards excellence in Sunday morning worship experience. You're not just a performer, but the leader of a team that invites everyone to worship God together.
• Volunteer leadership and care: mentor, coach, equip, and disciple worship and tech volunteers, as appropriate providing pastoral care to members of those teams
• Church culture and leadership: working with other members of the staff and leadership team to advance St. Paul's purpose and vision and live out our culture
The worship arts minister will be a lay employee of St. Paul's and reports to our lead minister. They
will need to have police and vulnerable sector checks upon hiring.
What we will offer
• Hours: This position is for 12 hours per week, but as a fast-growing church we review roles
annually and are committed to expanding this role to match your gifts and skills with the
needs of our congregation.
• Compensation: $25-$30 hour depending on experience and education, with a 5% target
performance incentive
• Vacation: you will receive 4 weeks of vacation
