Moose Knuckles is a Canadian luxury outerwear brand known for its bold attitude, uncompromising quality, and performance-driven fashion. As we expand our global digital footprint, we're looking for a detail-oriented, data-driven, and creatively-inclined E-Commerce Merchandiser to help elevate the online experience and drive commercial performance across and our Shopify storefronts.
The E-Commerce Merchandiser plays a key role in translating merchandising strategy into a compelling digital product experience. This individual will be responsible for online product curation, site merchandising, and seasonal product storytelling-while leveraging data and insights to inform decisions across all digital touchpoints. With a sharp focus on conversion and user experience, this role will analyze product performance, user behavior, and merchandising effectiveness to continuously optimize the digital assortment and drive commercial outcomes.
Some of what you'll do:
- Own the merchandising tool to ensure successful site search, category tagging and sorting.
- Optimize category pages, collection filters, and PDP layouts to drive conversion, increase AOV, and improve user experience.
- Track production of PDP images and ensure complete and timely upload of accurate imagery on the website for all new merchandise launched onsite.
- Report on the impact of content and other merchandising tactics on PDP conversion (ATCs, Purchases) & returns and suggest solutions.
- Champion data analysis and merchandising performance through Google Analytics, Power BI and other analytics tools and share insights on best-selling or high-velocity items
- Build and maintain product recommendations, cross-sells, and bundled offerings by aligning online assortments with seasonal product strategy
- Ensure appropriate product selections in emails and other digital channels.
- Collaborate with design and marketing teams on creative updates for the Homepage, PLPs, PDPs, and email marketing campaigns.
- Own ecommerce inventory conversations with the global merchandising, warehousing and allocation teams
- Coordinate with global teams to localize merchandising strategies based on regional preferences and customer behavior.
Some of what you'll need:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce merchandising, preferably in fashion or luxury retail
- Strong command of Shopify (or equivalent CMS/PIM), Google Analytics, and merchandising best practices
- Analytical and creative thinker; comfortable balancing data with design
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and deadlines
- Proactive mindset with a collaborative, can-do attitude
- Experience working with merchandising tools like Algolia(or similar) a plus
Given the international nature of our business and of this position, the candidate will be required to communicate effectively, on a regular basis, with various stakeholders (co-workers, colleagues, customers, suppliers, etc.) located in Canada outside Quebec or throughout the world. Proficiency in languages other than French (notably, English) will be an asset for the successful candidate.
