We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Services Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the daily administrative operations within our commercial construction contracting company. The successful candidate will ensure the efficient workflow of office services, maintain quality standards, and support staff to enhance productivity and operational efficiency in a fast-paced construction environment.
Coordinate, assign, and review the work of clerks handling document control, contract administration, record-keeping, filing, telephone operations, data entry, and other general office duties related to construction projects.

Establish work schedules and procedures while ensuring seamless coordination with project managers, site supervisors, and other departments.

Resolve work-related issues and prepare progress reports and other documentation as needed.

Train employees on job duties, safety procedures, and company policies related to construction project administration.

Requisition office supplies and materials to maintain optimal workflow.

Ensure smooth operation of office equipment, troubleshoot issues, and arrange necessary maintenance and repairs.

May perform clerical and administrative duties as required to support the team.
