Summary

Custom Industrial Radiator is a division of Groupe Alurad, which also includes Spécialité Radiateurs, SKL Aluminium, and SKL Découpe. We specialize in the manufacturing, repair, and installation of heat exchangers.

Reporting to Business Development, your role will be to carry out repair work on radiators as well as deliver to our customers according to our quality standards. You will also be responsible for providing impeccable customer service.

Delivery

• Ensure delivery slips related to the load are on hand
• Perform loading and unloading of the truck safely
• Respect delivery deadlines
• Determine the most efficient route
• Confirm deliveries with customers by having them sign the delivery or repair slip
• Verify that the merchandise meets the company's quality standards before and after delivery
• Report any anomalies to your immediate supervisor
• Carry out pre-use vehicle checks and complete the pre-departure inspection report
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance
• Provide excellent customer service
• Participate in inventory counts
• Comply with the Highway Code

General Helper

• Perform work listed on work orders and correctly fill them out, indicating parts and labor required, and hand them to the supervisor upon completion
• Inspect, repair, assemble, and clean all types of heat exchangers
• Follow the work order schedule established by the supervisor
• Ensure to return the parts accompanying the radiators to the client once the work is completed
• Respect delivery deadlines and estimated times provided by the supervisor
• Detect leaks by adequately tapping on the parts being repaired
• Inspect, repair, paint, and clean all types of fuel tanks and oil pans
• Certify leak tests on radiators and other parts
• Sand and paint parts
• Participate in monthly and annual inventory counts
• Ensure to maintain a clean and safe work area
• Ensure that the work performed complies with safety standards
• Comply with internal policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Class 5 driver's license

Schedule

• 40 hours per week
