The Quality Analyst is responsible for evaluating and improving the quality of products, services, or processes within the organization. The role includes monitoring performance, identifying areas of improvement, analyzing data, and ensuring that standards are met to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and evaluate calls, tickets, or processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.

Identify process gaps, recommend improvements, and assist in implementing solutions.

Analyze quality data and prepare reports for management review.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues.

Provide feedback and coaching to team members to improve performance.

Conduct internal audits and support external audit preparations.

Develop and maintain quality documentation, checklists, and SOPs.

Assist in training new employees on quality standards and best practices.
