Reading blueprints and drawings. Monitoring and supervising construction processes, and providing training and team-building sessions are required. Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations at all times. Performing equipment, material, and routine site inspections. Scheduling regular meetings with vendors, site inspectors, managers, and staff. Writing up reports, budgets, project plans, and presenting them to relevant stakeholders. Assisting with the recruitment and training of new staff. Processing paperwork and traveling to multiple sites as required Requisition materials and supplies Manages sub-contractors by locating, evaluating, and selecting sub-contractors; monitoring and controlling performance. Accomplish project goals by defining scope and purpose of the project, determining required resources, allocating resources, establishing protocols and standards, scheduling staff, resolving design problems. Develops and maintains detailed project schedules which include all project phases and dependencies including detailed design, material procurement, installation & administrative tasks for multiple sites. Estimate materials and equipment require for site work based on initial plan and communicates to Project Manager.
