Insight Global is looking for an experienced Scrum Lead to join a large retail client in Vancouver. You will be joining the People Enablement Technology group, more specifically the HRIS team. You will be working in an Agile environment, leading Agile ceremonies, leading project teams handling project manager responsibilities.

Must Haves:

• 5+ years of Project Management/Scrum Lead Experience in a technical environment.
• Experience communicating with and managing external vendors.
• Great communication and ability to work in a very fast paced environment.
• Experience creating project plans.

Plusses:

• Experience managing teams in the HRIS space, Workday specifically is a big plus.
• Experience with HRIS integration projects.
