We're a dynamic IT recruitment firm seeking a Senior Account Executive to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you'll be instrumental in expanding our private sector client base, fostering strong partnerships, and guiding clients through a seamless recruitment journey from start to finish.

What You'll Do:

  • Drive New Business: Strategically identify, pursue, and secure new client partnerships within the private sector, demonstrating a strong "hunter" mentality.
  • Cultivate Client Relationships: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers, becoming a trusted advisor for their IT hiring needs.
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively generate new leads through various channels, including networking, cold outreach, and industry research.
  • Client Onboarding & Management: Guide new clients through our onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition.
  • Oversee Recruitment Lifecycle: Collaborate closely with our recruitment team to ensure the accurate identification and presentation of top-tier IT talent, meeting and exceeding client expectations.
  • Seamless Onboarding Support: Work directly with clients to facilitate a successful candidate onboarding experience, ensuring a positive start for both parties.
  • Achieve & Exceed Targets: Consistently meet and surpass sales targets and KPIs, contributing directly to the company's growth.

What You'll Bring:

  • Proven Sales Track Record: A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Senior Account Executive or similar sales role, with a demonstrated history of exceeding sales quotas in a B2B environment within IT recruitment.
  • IT Industry Acumen: A strong understanding of the IT landscape, including current technologies, roles, and industry trends.
  • Client-Centric Approach: Exceptional relationship-building skills with a focus on understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Hunter Mentality: A proactive and persistent approach to new business development, with a proven ability to open doors and close deals.
  • Exceptional Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Organizational Prowess: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Self-Motivated & Independent: Ability to work autonomously while also collaborating effectively within a team environment.
