About the opportunity:

As a ServiceNow developer you will be working directly with our customers to understand their requirements and craft technical solutions to fulfill their needs. The successful candidate will be an advocate for building software correctly and will critique and challenge design ideas from the technical side as well as our business colleagues to ensure we are meeting their requirements but not developing a solution that results in a level of customization on ServiceNow that is unsustainable. They will be a culture carrier and help to implement and maintain standards in our team and suggest improvements to technical and soft processes.You will be part of a team working within all facets of development: from requirements, design, and development all the way to production.

Skills Required

1. Minimum of 5 years as a software developer

2. Minimum of 3 years of experience developing in ServiceNow

3. Strong knowledge of database development concepts

4. Strong background in software development, software architecture, data structures, algorithms, and SDLC models

5. Ability to work with customers, gather requirements and create solutions independently

6. Ability to communicate across time zones and geographies effectively

7. Experienced with agile development practices.

Skills Good to have

1. Experience modelling data in ServiceNow with familiarity with CSDM

2. Previous experience working with a ServiceNow partner consultancy, having done implementations with multiple clients

3. Experience developing UIs on ServiceNow

4. Experience working with ITAM

5. Experience working with Snowflake

6. Experience implementing ServiceNow in complex network environments

7. Experience with scripting languages such as Python

8. ITIL certification
